Returns and exchange details
We always make sure you receive the item you have purchased in the given time frames, however if a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact US within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return and refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer will pay all return shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
