‼️My lovely dear customers, please note that due to the war in Ukraine, standard processing and shipping time is longer. For now, I don’t have the option of fast shipping, and regular shipping takes around a month. Also, due to technical issues caused by frequent power outages, the customization process may take up to a few weeks. I always do my best to work as fast as possible. But please, consider named factors when ordering from my shop as a gift or if you need items for some particular date. The safe order window is 2 MONTHS before the day you want to receive the item.‼️

CUSTOMIZATION & COLOR
1. For customization select this option if presented in the listing or contact me directly. The customization fee is 20$.
2. You can change the color of the embroidery for free.
3. Color of the material can be different, ask me for other variations.
CARE RULES
I appreciate my clients a lot and want my products to bring joy as long as possible. For this you should follow a few simple care rules:
1. Hand washing only.
2. Do not wring clothes or use the dryer.
3. After washing, lay the piece on a horizontal surface and leave until dry.
4. Steam iron at low temperatures for delicate fabrics only.
Follow these four tips and the wearing time of your item will crease significantly!
PAYMENT & SHIPMENT (Shipment terms are different during the war time in Ukraine)
1. To order use PayPal only. Etsy gift cards, Etsy payments, checks, or cash are not accepted.
2. Handling time and shipping options:
– Standard shipping by Ukrpost worldwide takes about 2-3 weeks (free shipping). Possible delays due to customs clearance are not counted as delivery time.
– Express shipment by FedEx in 7-10 days. To use this option choose a shipping upgrade (25$).
3. Please, consider “”handling time”” separately from “”processing time””. Processing time in my shop takes up to 5 business days (up to 7 business days for custom orders). For custom orders processing time starts from the day the design is discussed and finalized with the customer.
4. Take into consideration that shipping time increases during holidays or unpredictable natural or political situations.
5. Seller is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping party.
